Strengthening electoral processes in Kenya (project & gender specific interventions)

The UN provides support to Kenya’s general elections, slated for August 2017 through the Strengthening the Electoral Process Project in Kenya (SEPK), by scaling up efforts at UN electoral support to Kenyan elections and referendums which can be traced to early 2000. SEPK is a 24 Million USD Multi-Donor Basket Fund aiming at consolidating and building on gains made from Kenya’s 2010 constitutional transition process and the 2013 General Elections.
